the large bony process located at the distal end of the medial side of the humerus bone.
The Medial Epicondyle is a large, bony process located at the inside (Medial) elbow end (Distal) of the arm bone (Humerus). It is the attachment point for the Flexor group of muscles in the forearm. For a massage therapist this is an important, and sometimes overlooked, location of Self-Care. For more information on medial epicondyle pain for massage therapists check out our article here.
